Coffee and easy weight loss Do you add sugar to you coffee? Well, maybe it's time to stop doing it. If you don't like black coffee a simple math may change your taste:
Let's say you drink a cup of coffee every morning with one teaspoon of sugar (about 4 grams). In a month it equals to 120 grams or about 450 kcal.
Two coffees with one teaspoon of sugar a day are 900 kcal.
We haven't yet added the milk and cream to the sum!
Just force yourself not to add anything to your coffee. It may take a week to get accustomed to the new taste, but it will be worth it!

Learn How can we make healthier dieting and weight control a source of pleasure instead of duty?

The Reasonable Diet - http://www.reasonablediet.com , is the motivation you need to move into action to achieving and maintaining a healthful weight. This is not an off-the-shelf or ""cookie cutter"" diet. You get the motivation and skills needed to adjust your diet week by week, so that as your life and schedule changes your diet can easily change also.

Its amazing how sugar intake really does add up! The likes of fizzy drinks are just ladden with sugar! I really can't see myself not having sugar in tea or coffee, although i have reduced the amount i'm now having!

This is really good. I was once a commuter and nothing satisfied me more than that hot cup of coffee which was more like a Latte with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle...etc.. I started making my own and cutting back on all that added stuff and lost 10 lbs during the first 3 weeks, after that I lost consistently about 2 lbs a week. Amazing, that was all I changed in my diet too. Thanks for sharing.
