You hear it all the time - to lose weight you should start exercising and eat less. And then someone is trying to convince you how great running aimlessly is or dancing, when you hate to move your ass seductively.
In fact it doesn't matter what you do for exercising, as long you move and burn some calories. Whether you you walk, run, swim or fly what matters is the movement itself. Do whatever you like to do, instead of sitting in front of the TV gaining chips and pounds.

great exercise is waling and running, they are the best and if we do that constantly we can burn calories.
